Brittany Volleyball - The A Team

Out of 118 girls that tried out for volleyball at Cain Middle School, Brittany was selected as 1 of 12 girls to make the A Team!  She also tied for the #1 score on tryout drills.  Thirteen girls were selected for B Team and fourteen girls for C Team (39 overall).  Given that Brittany has only been playing volleyball for 14 months - this is a huge accomplishment.   

Many of the girls that made the team have been playing club volleyball for several years.  At this point is seems that Brittany is going to be one of the teams setters.  Depending on team needs and her pace of development, there is a possibility that she will be moved down to B Team.  But regardless of which team she plays on, we are very proud of her effort and accomplishment.
