Carrot Soup?

Shawn was cleaning out the refridgerator and came across a bowl with foil on top of it. On it was the descriptive title - "Carrot Soup w/ Corn". I thought that was unusual because I hadn't made anything like that. When he opened it, we learned that it was really raviolis. Brittany had some leftover but didn't want anyone else to eat them so she made up something that she knew her younger siblings would not touch. It worked. A small lesson from a large family.

Carrot Soup?

No. Raviolis.

Madole Visit & Shawn Jr.'s Twin?

Arlice Madole (Misty's Mom), Della Wilkerson and Della's 3 children came down for the week. It was nice to have them here in Dallas. One of the great parts of the visit was looking through an old photo album that Misty's sister Pam had created. One of the pictures looked just like Shawn Jr! Here is a side-by-side photo of Shawn and this person. Can you tell which one is Shawn? Can you guess the member of the Modole family?

Skylin Update

Skylin is 5 months old and sat up by herself for the first time yesterday.

Georgetown Game

Well my Hoyes play today in the Final 4. Unfortunatly my son picked Ohio State to win it all in his NCAA bracket. If Ohio State wins this game he beats his sister Brittany and is the family champion. That's right I am already out. Anyway, the entire family, except for Shawn Jr. is rooting for Georgetown. Go Hoyas.

Last week my neighbor Joseph Pelgreen found out what it is like to loose when Georgetown beat UNC in overtime. Poor guy.
