Encore 2017 Dance Competition

Skylin competed with her team from Royalty Dance Academy in the Encore DFW Regionals this weekend.  Royalty did just terrific in every category.  Skylin competed 8 times - 2 solos and 6 group dances (4 in Junior and 2 in Teen).   Their Teen Small Group Dance - Trinidadian Rag - took 1st overall.  Her contemporary dance - Salvation - got 2nd overall in Juniors.  Skylin's solo - The Mystic - got Platinum and 7th overall.  She got Ultra High Gold for her ballet solo. 

Skylin was also selected as 1 of 3 Juniors to receive a scholarship to Encore Nationals.

Skylin on Fox 4 - Good Day

Skylin and her good friend Tatum Wolf were on Fox 4 - Good Day Saturday today. They were being interviewed for their upcoming production of Hansel and Gretel.
